much better, at least as far as I can tell. I've only gotten 1 database related problem notification (it auto emails them to me) where as with IX I was getting 5-6 per day. I haven't noticed a single slow down of the databases at all.

I started the process of receiving a refund for unused time from IX this morning. They actually DO apparently allow this, so we'll see what happens. I'm not holding my breath though.
