Saw it last night and it was a pretty damn good movie.  Acting solid, story interesting, but fairly true to the comic book.  Actiion was awesome and not overdone, nor were the special effects.

I've heard of a few bad reviews but I can't see how.  It's one of my favorite comic book movies to day.
