The toys would fill it up fast..
Jet ski, quad, trike, bronco and all of the 250R parts I got from Pete
Space would be at a premium.

It's on a .5 acre (double) lot in a nicely inhabited subdivision.  I'm in the corner so I get a little securitah and all of the trees and shrubs the PO planted are pretty nice...if your into that sort of thing
My neighbors think I either sell drugs, or inherited a bunch of money

Slapped on a honeywell 5-2 programmable thermostat....hoping to see a drop in my monthly electric bill

Install went well, very straight forward instructions.  The hardest part was finding 2 AAs, which I discovered by stealing them out of my DVD player remote.
