back to the bear attacks, its surprising reading the stories that happened just outside the park in Gardiner and areas like that, bear tappers with some big time rifles still getting taken out

I like the one where the guy thought the bear was secured in the trap and then it got out and mauled him.

Yeah, the one story about the lone female hiker being dragged out in the middle of the night by a grizzly...wow.

How about the one with the workers sleeping above and under a trailer?  That was a really bad one.  They thought they had scared it off and then the one guy turns around to get up on the trailer and it comes back and mauls him again.

I think thermal death is worse.  Usually you're alive for a few days after the burn and that has to be some of the worst pain to endure.

yeah, i think your right, burning to death over a few days is much worse

the one with the workers sleeping on the trailer is the best, mostly for its movie ending where they set up a trap filled with food and when the bear started to eat the food they set off the dynamite they had laid all around it, now thats the way to take out a bear

When we were at Emigrant with my friend Sean- he was talking about encounters with bears in the area.  That several hunters had been fwapped by bears.  Basically hunters are the worst- all sneaky sneaky in the woods and come onto a bear biting your neck!
