The NCAA blows ass.  They make hundreds of millions off these kids and they cant even borrow a car from a friend?

I believe it has to do with not accepting gifts, bribes, bla bla etc from people, mainly potential agents.  Rather then differentiating who is friends with who, theyll just make it plain and simple.
