http://www.weather.com/outlook/recreation/golf/wxclimatology/monthly/graph/USUT0149?from=yest_bottomnav_golf

its no different then ID. I dont know why everyone says it gets in the 100s there. But its a problem, no chance of winter ride

Man even Oct is risky.. if you have a 10-20 degree cold spell that is gonna be cold.

I'd better get that new piston and crank ordered for the YFZ   uglylol

Not that I'm going to, SERIOUSLY BEN, but just looking at those pictures make me want to spend money.  Luckily theres nothing else for me to do.

That and theres no way I'm going to spoil the perfect setup that I have now.  Just need a stabilizer is all.

I'll just bring a jacket and some extra gloves.

So worth it after seeing those pics.

If we went in early October, it'll still hit the 70s during the day and just barely dip into the 40s at night.  Great sleeping weather.  Remember how asshot it was at Idaho this year?  Won't have to worry about any of that.

i agree. Risky, but if we prepare for it, will be OK. We all know that Josh will have a 42ft toy hauler by then anyways

This is very doable, but people are going to have to step up for this. A no whining, no frills, real rider ride. And also prepare for it, real saving of money and prep of bikes for both trips. I take this more seriously then anything else in my life. DEDICATION!!

I think its quite doable.  I'm ready to put in for the time off right now.  So are we agreed on next fall for the time then?  Who all is interested in going?

I would get laughed at if I asked for time off this far in advance.  I am interested though.  Those hills look amazing.

Well we don't even know when we're going, we're just trying to figure out who wants to go and is serious about it.
