Yeah, Go Rockies. I was rooting for them either way, but now, I will be rooting for them even louder. Get out your ear plugs, Boston fans. Pete can attest to that.

I think it will be a good series. Im heartbroken though. Boston has been a close second fav of mine for a while, but then again the Rockies sure could use the WS win for the franchise support. I think i might actually be able to watch these games and just enjoy rather than get mad when errors occur or get pissed when "my" team is down. Its just another excuse to me to watch the ballgame and drink some brew.

Sounds like somebody is a sore loser happens to the best of the best. LAst year, Detroit basically gave the cards the world series, I was a little more than irate then. Theres always next year right?

who knows, thats why they play the games. Beckett is unbeatable when he's on. Schilling is ok, as is Dice-K, both are definitely beatable. Wakefield gives up 4 runs as a norm, and a good team will light him up.
The Rockies are definitely the underdog, which is why I'll root for them to beat Boston's 2nd highest payroll.

I hope things are different in Denver. I would at least like to see them make a series out of it. It would help them if they could get the bats going, though.

what a lousy series, i only watched 1 game and caught about 5 minutes of game one. I was really hoping for something better than that, guess that time off really hurt CO.
