Liriano looked pretty decent today.  He's not even fully recovered either, 91-93 mph fastball, 84-86 mph slider.  His old stuff was 96-98 mph fastball, 89-91 mph slider.

good thing the Twins traded that Garza bum, they could have had an ALCS MVP on their hands.

This trade clearly worked out for the Rays.  Obviously, Garza and Bartlett played key roles for the Rays turnaround this season.  The jury is still out on what it is going to do for the Twins.  While I think that Delmon was a little disappointing this year, he wasn't that bad and he is still only 22.  If he develops the way they project him, this should work out very well for both sides.
