Two-Face is NOT dead.  I believe he will make an appearance in the 3rd movie.  In the hospital he sets the table for the fact that he can take an ENORMOUS amount of pain for refusing pain killers, etc.  When he falls, notice you see Harvey's face.  Thats' symbolic of the death of Harvey... but the transformation into Two-Face is complete.  Again, he's not dead.......

There will be another villain though, and Nolan has said he wants to bring a brand new villain that no other Batmans have seen.  Should be interesting to see who it is.

Heath Ledger was LEGENDARY as the Joker.  Probably one of the best acting performances I have ever seen.  Truly magnificent.

As good as The Dark Knight was, I think I like Batman Begins better.  It was new.... different, and the background of Bruce Wayne and Batman was just awesome from his fighting in the Far East to the mysteries of his childhood.  I think overall I might have liked it slightly better.

I agree, I really like the 'becoming Batman' stuff, the ninja training and what not.

I actually thought I had read months ago that Two-Face would be the villian in the 3rd movie but who knows at this point.  Nolan still hasn't signed on to make a third one yet.

Joker...dead?  I thought he was left hanging at the end of the movie or did he fall?  I wonder if they'd try and re-cast him.

I want to see it again where I'm not just thinking about how disgusting hot and humid the theater is.

Yeah they really hinted on the fact that Batman was waiting for someone to take over..def not what I wanted to hear! Compared to Batman Begins, where he discovers his path and all of the steps leading upto it..

I'm not buying all of the hoopla that this role made Heath insane..He really wasn't that bad of a villain.. The joker showed compassion and self control, something that is always missing from the hardassed baddies in other movies
