Well, time to see what this does to XM.  I hope to God they don't screw up a good thing.  I would miss not having O&A to listen to anymore.

gay.  I was hoping they'd nix it.  I don't want Sirius to change.

I am actually happy... I hope some of the better music programming comes over to XM w/o me having to switch or buy that sirius converter box.

same here josh...I bitched out on buying the adapter because of the merge...I could give 2 shits about O&A, XMs programming sucks balls when compared to sirius IMO...

Article also said that the FCC hasn't decided yet...that will take more time

The music channels are HORRIBLE, especially country.  New rock ain't so good either.  Classic rock is ok though.

Without O&A I would jsut discontinue XM.  They are the only reason I have it.  The music isn't terrible on XM, its just too hit and miss and "too hip for the room".  Its either a great day or a bad day of music.  And a lot of the specials are way deeper than I would ever care to hear about.

Classic Rock is  Vomit Vomit in any format.

New Rock is weak on XM.  Agreed.

Country?  Vomit x5

You only have satellite radio to listen to a talk radio show?

Yep.  Having O&A to listen to is the only thing that keeps me turning into the Road Warrior during my awful, traffic clogged commute.

All I know is that Sirius better not change.  I really like it, but if I have too, I will just ditch the service and go back to regular radio and my MP3's.   Vomit

As long as O&A stick around, I don't really care.  Like Ben/Heather said, I know I'd like the music stations on either one.
