on the trail

Heather complaining about something and Danny yelling at a bear

Our usual camp spot. Looks so much different then in the summer like we are used to

One look out spot. We ate lunch here and then all fell asleep

I got a little wild and flattened part of my rim, one section of trail is about mile long through dense woods and has huge sweeping and berms and uphill climbs, i went balls out through it on the edge of crashing the whole time, hit a rock a little too hard. Was well worth it

leaving, next time we go back it should be all white

was interesting going through the different areas of the trails and seeing the differences in the leaves, in all the valleys and lowspots the leaves were all on the ground already, come up out of a small valley, maybe 100ft elevation change, and the all the trees were at their peak color still. At the tallest points the trees were still a little green. Some of the cherry trees there were impressive, very bright red that really caught your eye. I would say the peak color time there was probably the week before

definitely a good time. I love Marienville and being in PA especially this time of year. riding in all the leaves was fun, slippery too!

Awesome ride.  Especially the hillside nap in the sun after lunch.

Only complaint...DUST!

At least we won't have to sweat that in the snow.

This picture seems like Heather was turning away as Danny let out a #10 on the Dusty scale that people in Wisconsin felt on the ricter scale.   And then asked when lunch was.
