Culpepper is a lion.

Too bad for him.  He will get his other knee blown out playing for the lions.

Poor Daunte.  He wanted to be given the change to show he has something left in the tank... well... it is clear he is  desperate.  I mean... are the Lions really an NFL team?  Jesus..................

I know.

It will be nice to see someone who is a legitimate player here in detroit....even if daunte has only a 10th of what he once had.  Hopefully he can hook up with calvin johnson like he used to with moss.

Im thinking daunte should have signed with the steelers, but he didnt want to be a back up.  Maybe he can do what garcia did.  Show he has something left and move on.

2 years...my god that was foolish. I would have brought him in mid season, see what he can do and then negotiate a contract.

Its not a big deal.  NFL contracts are not guaranteed.  They can cut him at any time.
