I'm all for it, im ready to see what the big fuss about snowmobiles is. You guys just have to get it setup. Something closer to you guys then the UP would be more realistic

if we get some snow this year, I'm sure either Chengwatana or Nemadji would do just fine.

i agree, i want to do rentals.

probably have to go up to the Iron Range/Arrowhead Region then.  That's ok, the snow and sights will be much better up there.

Google maps says 193 miles, so about 3-3.5 hours.

depends what your schedule is...it would be cool to ride most of the day and into the night, get something good to eat, crash out for the night, and head back in the AM.

i agree it would be nice and the ideal way to go, but maybe not logistically. Hmmmmm. will have to work on this. Would be nice to have just one day off work. Figure we get there friday AM and leave sunday AM, we have all the time inbetween to work with

You guys are more than welcome to crash at my place..I'm about halfway for you and we could convoy up

It would be a straight shot north for you instead of rolling to MN and then north, probably cut your drivetime down considerably

I'm probably 35-45minutes off of I75, we can take US 31 north to the Mackinaw bridge..Piece of cake drive

Roll up Thursday night after work, crash and ball out Friday AM or something after visiting one of my hot spots for breakfast

...and I can't read. I wont be going to MN to ride sleds, its pointless when the UP is closer/better
If you guys wanted to I'm sure dizzle and I could round up a couple sleds for you guys to ride if you wanted to come here instead...its your call
