Dec. 18-21st  a friend of mine and will be going up to the UP for some sledding.   Pete, I know there is room for one more if you would like.  Busy/ELake....meet us up there??

They have a cabin rented out for the weekend so we would stay there.  Prob. taking Andy's 4place and his dads PSD.

I'm probably game.  Would be nice to know if my sled ran prior to going up there though.   How much snow do they have, and where are we going?

Same deal with me, if it were January 18th I would be all over it. I've got tons of stuff to do around the house and I would like to ride my sled and work any bugs out of it

parts of the UP have about 15 inches already, with about 15 inches more expected by the weekend.  Crazy up there, if you are in the eastern side of the UP.

ok good.

When are we leaving, Wednesday night?  What time are we coming home?  I was originally thinking about not coming, because I remembered that the Clyne family Christmas party is on the 21st. If you guys aren't going to head home until Sunday, maybe I'll just leave my sled with you and drive home Saturday night?  It looks like it's about 300 miles from my house to Mass City, about 6 hours time wise.

Yea, I think you can do it in about 5.   I think it took me 6 to get to Houghton last year.  Either way it doesn't matter, up to you.  If you can get a jacket, pants and boots before the trip, I would Strongly recommend it since the temp drops quite a bit up there once the sun goes down.

As far as coming home, it sounds like we are coming home around noon or so on Sunday.   So its up to what you want to do.

I'll have to come home Saturday night, probably just bail out of riding a little early and leave there around 5pm'ish.  Our Christmas party is at 12:30 on Sunday.  If you guys leave at noon, that will put you guys back at Andy's dads around 530 or 6, I'll probably just meet you over there and pick up my sled when you get there or ?.  We'll figure it out.
