so now that I'm a bit more rested, here is a rundown of the trip from my perspective.
I left my house around 3:30pm on Wednesday, bound for a hotel room in Eagle River, Wisconsin. I think I got there around 7:45, checked in, and relaxed for awhile. There was some mix up with CBerg's buddies friends and they weren't going to leave until the morning for some reason. I slept in until about 9 to let them catch up, and met them in Mass City around 11:30. We drove up to Krupps resort and unpacked everything, and hit the trails around 1. The trails were in awesome condition, and so were the powerlines/off trail areas. We played around quite a bit in the powder, and I got my cherry broke on how to ride in the powder as I got stuck about 3 times within 2 hours. I also noticed my track was loose (could hear it slipping) so I didn't do anything too stupid or crazy until we were able to go back and tighten it. We ended up back at the cabin around 10pm, relaxed a bit, and crashed out.
The next morning we woke up to 6-8 inches of fresh powder on the ground. And this was some FLUFFY powder, if it were windy it would have been all over. I adjusted my track and we went back out. We didn't make it 100 yards and Todd rear-ended Andy because we couldn't see anything due to the new snow. It bent Todd's tunnel enough it was rubbing on the track. We turned back, and found a nice looking 2x4 and a sledge hammer, and pounded the tunnel back out. When we were riding the rest of the day (the other guys liked their frequent bar stops) I got stuck a few more times, and noticed my belt was starting to squeal. Nothing else really happened friday, we rode, got stuck, ate food, and had a good time. I will say, trail #13 sucks ass, bumpy ass whooped out bitch that they never groom.

#13 My sled must need shocks or something because I had blisters on my hands like I've never had riding quads. Damn rider forward sleds just checked out on me. Bastids
Saturday we woke up and rode over to the restaurant across the street, and had breakfast. We rode the powerlines most of the morning and into the afternoon, when I had to turn back to load up and come home. Chris and Zach came back with me and helped me load up, then I headed out. About 1 hour into the drive home, I ran into the eastern edge of the big snow storm, and ended up driving out the western edge of it about the Minnesota line. People were driving 20 mph, and I about rear ended the morons. I ended up driving about 170 miles in 4x4, and passing at will. The trip still only took me 6 hours to drive 315 miles. Not too bad considering the conditions.
