Well we are in final preparations for launch on Thursday.  We are going to take our time getting there....We are hitting my parents on Thursday night.  Driving about 7 hours on Friday.  Then the final 4 hours or so on Saturday.  All our other friends get there Saturday.  Ride like mad thru Thursday following and then head to MT or to my brothers, come home on Sunday or Monday.

Bikes are all pretty much ready.  Gear is pretty much packed.  Just need to hook up the truck and load the bikes.

Weather is looking pretty good right now- they are dancing around a little with the forecast- but it doesnt look anywhere as near as pissy as it was last year.  Just some hints of some thunderstorms.  But temps really moderate in the mid 70s.  They dont call them weather guessers for nothing, so we're really going to just have to see how it pans out.

I'll wave as I fly overhead at 30,000 feet!  I am scheduled to fly home on Friday, but we'll see how it goes.

Drove to Twin Falls tonight.  We were going to stay at a KOA in Mountain Home, but it was fricken ghetto.  So we drove another hour and change east to a different RV park that seemed promising.  Its pretty decent here.  Chillin' out tonight and will drive the rest of the way to the dunes tomorrow.

So Heater...yeah high pressure develops tonight and tomorrow and a cooler northwesterly flow kicks in.  So yeah...Sunny and 75 every day with a lite breeze!

You should have told Heather you were going to a KOA campground, she has a connection there, guy named Jimbo, could have got you a deal!

Every KOA campground i have seen is quite sketchy looking. I drive by one that is here in Streetsboro all the time and every time i think "who would want to stay there???" You need to stay at Park Service campgrounds! Ive found them to be better then the hillbilly private ones, generally speaking. I know they arent the most RV friendly though
