has anyone watched this?  While it may be a little over the top, I've really enjoyed the show.  It's on Spike, and you can catch older episodes on their website.  After a new episode shows, they have it online for a week, then it's gone for a few weeks, then it gets put back up after a month or so for viewing.

Ive seen 3 or 4 of them.  Its worth watching.  I liked the one where they repelled out of the office building on fire by using ethernet cable.  It was cool to learn that a cat 5 cable will support 90lbs!
