Pete and I made a run up to DK today to get a few small things.  Went for a small ride afterwords before it got too cold out.

Figured I would make a thread instead of jacking the scooter thread.

HEATHER...  *cough cough*   Its quiet..

Yep!  its a Warrior.   Thats my buddie Pete's, He rode the RR and had some nasty flashbacks of the 954  Doesn't quite feel comfy on a sport bike yet, honestly I'm surprised hes even on a bike this early to begin with.

Hes done a lot of powder coating, lowered, diff. exhaust, handle bars... some other stuff.   1700cc.....  Fast!  Lays rubber like it wont run out of it.

Well...  I was going to take the pipe off the R and see what it would look like as far as color matching and it might be too light.    If i could get the color to match... it would be SICK!   Might just go with the black and get a black euro end cap for it.   Wonder if it should go for a few runs on the dyno with a tuner...?

Looks 100x better with that exhaust on there vs the stock one, changes the whole bike

I almost ended up getting one of those but Pete said he even misses having a sport bike so I figured I would eventually go back anyways.

Front is a bit light on the RR.. even in 3rd!

You need to load that thing up and go to that Dragon's Tail in NC, unbelievable road down there, pretty much made for sportbikes. Or in WV, not a straight road down there

Working on the corners, still have about a 1/2 of untested rubber on the tires.    These stock Bridgestones don't feel like those nice Michelin Pilot Powers I had on the 6hundie.   Them things are like glue!

Noted Heather.  I will be sporting HMF stickers on the race bike on May 7th and 8th.  :)

Thanks Heather.  I just plan on taking it one corner at a time, one lap at a time, one race at a time, you get the picture.  I would like to avoid a reenactment of my last race.  :)
