Tuesday the 7nth we are leaving in the PM hopefully.  It would be nice to get the same storm we had last year thats for sure, but we'll stay through that Sunday at Krupps.  Me, Andy, Zach, Todd, Tiny and possibly one or two more.  Just got done putting a 1 3/4" track on the Nitro, get mine all ready in the next weekend or two.   slayer Can't wait!

Hard to say.   Last year the first snow was only in the last few days of November.   Hopefully we get a nice big storm that rolls through on the way up.   Love driving through a big ass snow storm, just adds to the anticipation of getting there to play in it:)

Trip has been great for the first ride.  Plenty of snow for sure, Could have had more but it was still great riding.  I'm done for the weekend after cartwheeling over the front of the sled as my left ski caught a stump and ripped/twisted the a-arms and front bulkhead up. Busted the shock shaft clean off at the top and at the shock body.   Had to ride it prob. a mile out of the woods to the trail and then a mile or so down the trail to a road so Zak could come get me with the Dmax.  Ontop of that it has been snowing like crazy, nearly a white out in the woods while we were out.   $400 it should be good to go once I get it home and tear the front bulkhead down.  Might go see if i can rent a sled for Friday/Saturday tho.   Zak's new 800XRS is fukin kick ass!
I will post up a few pics, Krupp's WiFI is slower than a Polaris right now:)

Chris, what kind of boots/shoes/socks do you wear to keep your feet warm while sledding?  We've got a hatfield trip coming up, and I usually wear my riding boots but they have no insulation so my feet always freeze (no matter how many layers of socks i'm wearing).

regular socks, wool socks and thick snowmobiling boots.  My feet have never been cold snowmobiling.

I actually upgraded this year.  Klim Radium boots = best money ever spent on gear.  Warm and NEVER got wet.   Got a new Klim helmet.   No fogging, head doesn't get 8000 deg. When your playin back in the woods.  Klim underwear/stretchy stuff.  Keeps you dry 100% and thick wool socks.  Best $250 I ever spent on the boots for sure.
