Stopped by Josh's office the other day and saw his fancy 27" mac monitor.  Thing looked amazing, and got me thinking that in the past few weeks I've started playing a lot of games on my computer (just beat starcraft 2, great game).  Kinda funny going from a 61" tv to my 22" lcd.  Ever since I moved out I wanted to buy a LCD, but didn't really have anywhere to put it where it'd get used.  Now I had a reason!

I started looking around Amazon and found a well reviewed 32" Toshiba that a few people were using primarily for their PC.  1080p through HDMI looks amazing, and luckily it has a setting called 1080P PC mode that sharpens up the text.  It is kinda fuzzy/unclear without the setting, but looks just like my old computer monitor when I turn it on.  Very satisfied with it, great purchase.  Games look amazing on it!

I've been contemplating it myself, but I've gotten so used to having dual 22's now (1 in portrait mode for reading books etc) that I don't know if I could go back to 1 monitor.  Milo is looking damn skinny, is the mouse population getting the better of him?

I could see that being better for actual work.  However, this is pretty damn awesome for video games (main reason I bought it, okay only reason, haha).

You read books on your PC?

As for Mylo, he loves to eat but never puts on weight.  Even without going outside anymore, hasn't put on an ounce it looks like.  Jen saw him a few months ago and asked if I ever fed him haha.

Josh, as for the old one, it is spoken for already.  Ben said he wants an alienware laptop anyways.

yea I've been downloading a lot of magazines, books etc, plus I LOVE the portrait monitor for viewing long web pages with instructions, how-to, emails etc.
