I was just told my turbo kit should ship this week or next.    So its going to be a mad dash to get it ready for opening weekend.
I got a Turbo kit, +6 Swing arm and Barker Lockout clutch to install.  Try to figure out where to mount my Boost and AFR gauges.  Should be fun  slayer  I'll post pics as i start and as parts come in

Here is a couple pics of the kit mounted on Bob's raptor.  He's the one who makes the kits.

Is your kit bolt on, or did you actually build the motor around it for running boost?

definitely like to see your install pics and all!

Its a bolt on kit, on a complete stock motor. I can run up to 15psi on stock motor with running C-16 fuel. Im going to run 12psi on 110 octane. Should be in 95-105hp area.  The weak link is the Rod, I plan to change that out next winter and bullet proof the motor some.

I had all a nice RE CNC head on my old raptor.   Did 3 different motor builds and I could have got a turbo for the money I spent doing that.  Thats why i went turbo, Bolt on and go.  I could do ported head, Big bore, Stroke, Studs, O ring, and ETC.   But why?  This will be more power than I'll ever need.

What do you have to do with the fuel system to get it to work?

What do you mean?  I'm running a Dual Injector setup and the kit comes with its own Fuel Controller.   The kit is here, but havent had time to work on it :(   Here is a teaser pic of the Intercooler.

That answered my question, was wondering what was done to compensate for all the extra air from the turbo
