I watched this movie the other day, and this is one of very few movies that actually made me cringe.  For those that don't know, this is the story of Aron Ralston, he was the guy that got his arm pinned by a boulder in Canyonlands National Park, and after 5 days breaks his own arm and amputates it.  A pretty good watch, especially to reinforce the buddy system and to see how scenic Canyonlands really is.

I have seen this.  Thought it was a decent movie and liked it more knowing it was a true story.  It was a little tough seeing him break his own arm though and how that went down.  Wow.

the worst part for me was when it showed him cutting the nerves in his arm.  made me cringe hard core.
