Ironic as it may be, summer arrived yesterday on the uhhhhh first day of summer.  It was sunny and 78 yesterday.  Sunny and 70 today!  About fricken time- its been so crazy cool and wet...

The weather has been great. Could have done without the 102.6 today. Gonna get rained on pretty good tomorrow. Oh, if you were wondering I'm in Rapid City,SD. I've been on the road since Monday  I did 502 miles on Monday 475 on Tuesday and 292 today with some sightseeing. Crazy Horse, Rushmore, and Sturgis tomorrow and staying in Devils Tower,WY.

my parents lost 2/3 of their old butternut tree and some pines in a bad storm we had a week ago.  A tornado touched down a few miles to the east, but luckily missed them.

Dad, Sam, and I took it apart with my 024 and his 026, and a few hours of sweaty labor in 95 degree butt humid heat.
