Just saw this movie and I have mixed feelings for this.  Does is not as good as the book - as most movies never do.  I'd say save your money.

either I haven't been paying attention to the movie previews, or this wasn't billed as a blockbuster because I've never even heard of it.

Go see King Kong again with the wife.

It's a Chick Flick to the Nth degree.  It's torture to make "Guys" watch this crap.
