Sound familiar? ugh then I heard some horror stories of people cracking the stock pistons across the crown. Probably lean jetting but who knows. |

on the '04 YFZ only the decomp hole on the head was cast open. It was used on the dirtbikes for a manual decompression lever. Yamaha plugged the hole with a cheap little plug that can blow out apparently. I got a plug that bolts into the head as a PM measure.
