ya they have you sign up for a membership but its cheap they do all that at the tech in, it will be at westmichigan sanddragway again this year on the 12th, there is usually minor moded quads out there, ive got a few tricks in the bag with mine this year but other than that I know a bunch of other people that are in for it so it should be a really good turnout for the atv class this year.....let me know if you have any other questions we'll have to meet up while were out there to do some riding this year tho too.......

i know this is a very old post, but i have a movie from the 70s of the mount baldy hill climbs that my dad took... its pretty cool, the hill was WAY bigger.  You cant here any motors or anything cuz his camera didnt even pick up sound back then HAHA, its actually a hour long video of silver lake and you would be amazed at how similiar everything looks out on the dunes.  the crazy part.  back then there were obviously no quads and VERY few bikes out there, all vw stuff and hoop d rigs, and some nice trucks
